Delores Bender

Delores Bender, 84, of Bismarck, passed away on December 11, 2019 at her home. A private family burial will be held at the ND Veterans Cemetery.
Delores was born on October 5, 1935, to Ed and Bertha (Neff) Bonnet, in McClusky, ND. She was raised and educated in McClusky. She married Ralph Bender on November 11, 1954 in McClusky, and together had two daughters.
She is survived by her daughters, Darcene Hardy and Durene Gruebele, of Bismarck; four grandchildren, Kyle (Amanda) Hardy, Kari Hardy (Chip Duemland), Kayla (Eric) DeHaven, Jayla (Alex) Cote; four great grandchildren, Bryce Hardy, Knox Hardy, Keaton Christianson, Brylee Christianson; one sister, Doris (Bill) Lawson; and many special friends her door was always open for.
She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
In lieu of plants and flowers memorials are preferred to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in Delores’ name.
