Dolores Kuntz

Dolores Landsberger Kuntz born Nov 13, 1928, in Bismarck and raised in Hazelton ND on the family farm. She was the youngest of 13 and at the age of 97 on December 26, 2025, she earned her wings to heaven to join the rest of her family that passed before her.

She was the light of our lives as a mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. Her family values were second to none. She walked through life with independence, integrity, honesty, truth and the best giggle that will stay in our hearts forever. Her inner strengths and lifelong dedication to the Catholic religion helped her raise 5 children on her own while working and retiring from Federal Veterinary Services. Her number one love was her family.

She leaves behind her Children Janette Kuntz, Richard Kuntz, Kathy (Bruce) Stockert. Her grandchildren, Dawn Petersen, Wayne (Lynne) Kuntz and Jennifer Verworn. Great grandchildren Seth Kuntz, Druex Kuntz, Hailey Verworn, Tyler (Brianna) Verworn and Hannah Verworn along with her great great granddaughter Kyra Mae Kuntz.

She is proceeded in death by her husband Mathew Kuntz, her daughters Audrey Kuntz, Diane Batton, her parents and 12 siblings.

Our deepest appreciation goes to Jennifer and Hailey for the extraordinary care and comfort they provided over the years, we will be forever grateful for their sacrifice and love.

Cremation has taken place and no services will be held due to her wishes.
