Frank Chance, 85, Bismarck, formerly of Monticello, Indiana and Hammond, Indiana, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 7, 2022, after a brief illness.
He is survived by his children: Terri Miller, Kathy Morris, and Michael (Debby) Chance, 8 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eleanor (Nell) and youngest son, Brian.
A Private family service will be held at a future date in Hammond, Indiana.
