Jay W Nagel

Jay Nagel ,73, left this world on October 26, 2025, to be with the love of his life, Jeanine Shea.

A memorial service will be held in his honor at 4 PM on November 9th, at the Arctic Room 2124 E Thayer Ave. Bismarck, ND.

Jay was born on August 25, 1952 to Ed and Constance Nagel. Jay retired from Progressive Maintenance in early 2000’s.

Together, Jay and Jeanine shared their passion for gardening, camping, fishing, movies and anything Halloween. Jay also enjoyed spending time with family, especially the "little ones."

He is survived by his two sons, Jassen Nagel and Jesse Nagel; four step children, Dusty Ensz, Jennifer Gisinger (Christopher), Melissa Sullivan (Bryan), Elizabeth Shea; seven grandchildren, Jaden Hoffman, Daemon Hoffman, Zahn Gisinger, Collin Morrissey, Sebastian Gisinger, James Sullivan and Luella Sullivan and brother, Tim Nagel Sr.,

Jay was proceeded in death by his parents and is together again with Jeanine.
