Jolene Case

Jolene Marie Case (nee Mueller) was born on February 13, 1942, to Richard and Elsie (Aichle) Mueller. She was born and raised in Goodrich, North Dakota, and graduated as an honor student from Goodrich High School in 1960. She attended Union College in Lincoln, Nebraska right after high school and studied Liberal Arts.

Jolene married her high school sweetheart, Floyd “Tony” Case. Together they had two sons, Dr. Phillip Case and Stuart Case. They resided mainly in North Dakota and briefly in Madison, Wisconsin, where Tony passed away in 1987 at the age of 47.

Jolene had a wonderful career as a realtor, restaurant owner, and a supervisor for the demo team at Sam’s Club. She retired in January of this year. Jolene was known for her resilience, dedication to family, and strong work ethic. Her life was marked by perseverance, her strength, and love.

Jolene left us on 11/03/25 and is survived by her niece, Angela Barrow (Mueller) and three great nieces, Zoe Martin, Haylie and Ashlie Mueller. She is further survived by numerous cousins, and two great aunts, Shirley Mueller and Dolly Just.

Jolene is preceded in death by her husband, Tony; her two sons, Phillip and Stuart; her parents, Richard and Elsie Muller; her sister, Sharon Docktor; her brother, Richard “Dick” Mueller; and her nephew Richard “Rob” Mueller.

Jolene will be missed by her many friends and remaining relatives who loved her dearly.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bismarck Funeral Home.
