Richard Weinberger

Richard Joseph Weinberger, 90, of Bismarck, ND, passed away Monday, February 16, 2026, at his home he shared with his daughter Lorrie and grandson Brad.

Richard was born October 22, 1935, in Mott, ND to Adolph and Elizabeth Weinberger. He entered the Army in June 1958 and was honorably discharged in May 1964.

He married Judy Feist on May 7, 1960. They raised their family in Bismarck along with their family pets. He loved the outdoors and spent most of his days outside attending to his many flowerbeds.

Richard is survived by his daughters, Lorrie Westermeyer, Brenda Weinberger; his granddaughter, Judy L. Zins, husband Jared; grandsons, Brad Lundin, Nick Westermeyer; daughter in law, Emily Weinberger; granddaughter, Abigayle Galloway, and husband Noah.

Richard was preceded in death by his son Richard Allen Weinberger; his wife, Judy Ann Weinberger; granddaughter, Courtney Weinberger; his mother, Elizabeth Weinberger; brother, Arnold Weinberger; sisters, Ileen Arnold and Dorthy Baumiller; father, Adolph Weinberger.
