Valentine Michael Fischer

Valentine Michael Fischer passed away June 17, 2025 in Bismarck, ND. There will be a private family service at 3pm on August 2nd at Trollwood Park in Fargo, ND.

Mike was born to Valentine and Delores (Aldinger) Fischer in Minot, ND. Mike spent his youth in Minot, Heaton and Wheatland ND, as well as Perley MN. After high school, Mike joined the US Air Force, where he spent 7 years serving our country at several bases. After leaving the service, Mike worked at West Fargo Public Schools, Lutheran Social Services and The Radisson before moving to Bismarck ND where he worked for 30 years at the Office of Adjutant General. Mike enjoyed fishing, hunting and bowling.

He is survived by his mother Delores Fischer; daughters Amy Fischer and Jana Fischer; grandsons Ben, Jonathen and Michael Schatz, Alex Fischer; great grandson Gavin Schatz; and siblings Ed(Bobbi) Fischer, Gordon(Deb) Fischer, Sherrie Brenden, Alane Degenstein, Joan(Daryl)Lampl, Rose Rios, Bill(Lori)Fischer. He is preceded in death by his father Valentine Fischer and brother in law Duane Degenstein.
